OzWander Tours is a travel agency specializing in Australian tourism experiences. We provide tour booking services, travel consultation, itinerary planning, and related travel services throughout Australia. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Group and individual tour arrangements

• Travel insurance coordination

3. Booking and Payment Terms

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by OzWander Tours. A booking is not confirmed until you receive written confirmation from us via email. Payment terms and conditions are as follows:

• A deposit is required to secure your booking, typically 30% of the total tour cost
• Full payment is due 60 days prior to departure unless otherwise specified
• Late payment may result in booking cancellation without refund
• All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated
• Prices are subject to change until booking is confirmed and deposit paid

We accept various payment methods including credit cards, bank transfers, and online payment platforms. All payments are processed securely through our authorized payment partners.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation policies vary depending on the type of service booked and timing of cancellation:

• More than 90 days before departure: Full refund minus 10% administration fee
• 60-89 days before departure: 75% refund of total amount paid
• 30-59 days before departure: 50% refund of total amount paid
• Less than 30 days before departure: No refund unless covered by travel insurance

Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of approved cancellation. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances that may require trip cancellation.

5. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical expenses, baggage loss, and other potential travel-related issues. OzWander Tours is not responsible for losses that could have been covered by appropriate travel insurance.

Travel insurance should be purchased at the time of booking to ensure maximum coverage. We can assist in connecting you with reputable travel insurance providers, but the decision to purchase and the selection of coverage is entirely your responsibility.

6. Traveler Responsibilities

As a traveler using our services, you are responsible for:

• Ensuring you have valid passports and required visas for travel
• Meeting health and vaccination requirements for your destinations
• Arriving at designated meeting points on time
• Following safety instructions provided by tour guides and staff
• Respecting local customs, laws, and environmental guidelines
• Maintaining appropriate behavior that does not disturb other travelers

Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in removal from tours without refund and potential additional costs for alternative arrangements.

7. Limitation of Liability

OzWander Tours acts as an intermediary between travelers and service providers including hotels, transport companies, and activity operators. While we carefully select our partners, we cannot be held liable for:

• Acts of nature, weather conditions, or natural disasters
• Political instability, terrorism, or government actions
• Third-party service provider failures or changes
• Personal injury, illness, or death during travel
• Loss or damage to personal belongings
• Flight delays, cancellations, or changes

Our liability is limited to the direct cost of services we provide and does not include consequential or indirect damages.

8. Force Majeure

OzWander Tours shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, terrorism, or other unforeseeable events.

In such cases, we will work with you to reschedule your travel or provide alternative arrangements where possible. However, we cannot guarantee full refunds for circumstances beyond our control.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and design elements, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without explicit written permission.

You grant us permission to use photos and testimonials you provide for marketing purposes unless you explicitly request otherwise in writing.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms, explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our services, you consent to our data practices as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Dispute Resolution
